Louisiana is not in the top list of most of cyclists. Wrong! In the 2 season when it is good to be there, spring and fall, there are lots of festivals and after smooth rides we can enjoy the spirit of Louisiana life: music & food. The roads are flat and bring us in the hearth of the Bayou where we met old locals and could speak French with them. But most of the younger one have lost their French. But they keep something familiar for us: Laissez le bon temps rouler (Let the good times roll).
